Our Lead Pastor, Basil Hall, was born and raised in Warren, Michigan.   Basil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky and a Master's degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Ky.  Basil has been serving in ministry for almost 20 years.  He has a love for the church, its people and the heart of ministry.  Basil is an avid sports fan, who bleeds blue, loves playing golf, basketball, and coaching any of his son's teams.  Basil, his wife Alisha, and their two beautiful children reside in Nicholasville, Ky.

Our children's leader, Ronda Pope, was born in Lexington Ky. Ronda has  always had a heart for children.  She strongly feels they are the future of our Church, but knows they are the present also. It is Ronda's goal to teach children about Jesus and tell them they are special and can be  a Child of God.  Ronda is married to Thomas Pope and they have 3 wonderful children Ashley 14, Christopher 12 and Joshua 8.

Our student pastor here at Mt. Pleasant is Willis Deitz.  Willis is from Madisonville, Kentucky and  a holds a B.A. of Pastoral Ministries and a minor in psychology from Campbellsville University.  Willis is an accomplished percussionist with twelve years of worship ministry experience.  He has been serving in  youth ministry for over three years. He and is lovely bride, Whitney, were married in 2009.
